I was thinking today about art, and realized (or re-realized) that in order to get better I need to start tackling color, atmosphere and mood.i haven't been sure how to approach it, but I got an idea. I would like to ask any friends or watchers who are confident with their coloring to help me by coloring a specific lineart/digital sketch (that I would choose for everyone participating to color). What I hope to get out of that is not only see different color and atmospheric interpretations of the same work, but also to see different coloring techniques applied to the same work (I'd probably follow up with each artist and ask them how they went about coloring the work).
If you are interested, PLEASE SHOOT ME A NOTE. Currently i'm not sure if I'll choose a drawing already in my gallery, or make a new one for this (possibly asking for the preferences of those willing to participate)
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something my friend (finally) posted. Back in November (or somewhere around that time) I did a podcast with a friend talking about shows, stereotypes and a plug about Jennifer Lawrence (that was more of my friend's thing, but I went with it).
I decided to leave a link to the audio here in case anyone might want to listen to it. I dunno, maybe some of my watchers might like to get a better sense of who I am as a person. If not, then no harm I guess.
I will warn that there's cursing on my part, a 3:40 exposition by my friend, and me singing the Digimon Frontier theme song in the beginning (which I cringed at listening back to because I'm not fond of how I sound in recording, and because I messed up a bit at the end). Personally I think it's a bit slow in the beginning, but picks up in the middle, where I start recounting some stories and other things (btw, I'm Dimitri).
If you listen to it, I hope you enjoy!
